The hot melt glue embroidery process is done because there is only one logo on the whole piece of clothing, so don’t focus on it! At first, I used rayon thread and pp thread, but they couldn't achieve the effect of our original version. They were either too thick or the embroidery had rough edges. Finally, I chose 75D thin thread because the fabric is very soft and the embroidery density is very high. Only imported machines can embroider such a small logo with 8000 stitches. Such a high density of letters! Such a beautiful T-shirt cannot be divided into four seasons! The Os version covers the flesh and makes you slim. This is not a problem!
